After making a few cardboard prototypes and drawings, arrive at a concrete idea of what the product should like. 

Take measurements of the earbuds and recreate your idea on Fusion 360. 

Select tool and speed adequate for the material being used and for the detail of the product wanted. 

Test out if your Fusion 360 toolpath is accurate by trying out with styrofoam.
